Any subsequent rescheduling requests or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the initial retainer fee. For destination or travel sessions, the client is responsible for covering all agreed-upon travel and accommodation expenses for our team. We maintain the right to refuse service to any individual or event that conflicts with our brand values or safety guidelines.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our portfolio and accept our creative methodology. The photographer retains ultimate artistic discretion regarding poses, lighting, locations, and the selection of final images delivered. While we welcome your input and shot lists, we cannot guarantee that every specific requested image will be captured during the event. Unpredictable factors such as weather, lighting conditions, and schedule delays may affect the final aesthetic and volume of the gallery. We do not release raw, unedited, or discarded images to clients under any circumstances, as they do not represent our finished standard. All delivered images undergo our signature color correction and editing process to ensure consistency with our established brand portfolio. Requests for extensive digital manipulation or extreme physical retouching fall outside our standard packages and will incur additional fees.
Your final, meticulously curated image gallery will be delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your individual photography contract. We utilize secure online gallery platforms to ensure your high-resolution images are delivered safely and efficiently. Clients are strongly advised to download and back up their entire gallery to multiple personal storage devices immediately upon receipt. We maintain an archival copy of your final delivered images on our studio servers for a period of exactly one year. After this twelve-month period, we are not obligated to store your photos and cannot guarantee the retrieval of lost or misplaced images. Physical products, such as heirloom albums or fine art prints, are subject to separate production timelines and delivery schedules. Any delays in client communication regarding album selections will subsequently delay the final delivery of the printed materials. We ensure all digital files are exported at optimal resolutions for both large-scale printing and web sharing purposes.

Upon final payment, clients are granted a personal print release allowing for the reproduction and display of images for personal use. This personal release strictly prohibits the alteration, editing, or application of third-party filters to our finished photographs. Clients may not sell, license, or submit our images to publications, contests, or commercial entities without explicit written permission. We respectfully request that clients provide proper photographer credit when sharing our images on public social media platforms. Any unauthorized commercial use or digital modification of our intellectual property is a direct violation of copyright law. Vendors and fellow event professionals wishing to use our images for promotional purposes must contact the studio directly for a commercial license. Hannah For Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing of all digital photographs. In the unlikely event that digital files are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond our control, our liability is strictly limited to the return of all payments received. We cannot be held legally or financially responsible for missed photographs due to the interference of guests, venue restrictions, or schedule deviations. The studio is not liable for any physical injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur on location during the execution of a photography session. Clients are fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children, pets, and guests during the entire shoot. We are not responsible for the background elements, weather conditions, or ambient lighting that exist naturally at your chosen venue. If the primary photographer is incapacitated due to severe illness or emergency, we will make every effort to secure a comparable replacement photographer. Should a replacement be unavailable, the client will receive a complete refund, representing the entirety of our liability for the canceled service.
A successful photography session requires mutual respect, clear communication, and punctual cooperation from all participating individuals. Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared, as session durations will not be extended due to late arrivals. We kindly ask that clients ensure all relevant family members, bridal party attendees, or VIPs are present for scheduled group portraits. To ensure the highest quality results, we request that other guests refrain from taking disruptive photographs over the shoulder of our professional team.
